Gernot Daumann

Gernot Daumann

Gernot Daumann (1960) graduated in Munich as a banker. While working in Germany, he specialized in risk management in banking. Since 1994 he has worked for international banks and an industrial company in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In his 15 years as a member of the Executive Board, including more than four years as CEO, the main focus was on risk management (CRO) and finance (CFO). In addition, he gained experience in the sale of companies and banks.

Today, Gernot Daumann works for two German banks in an advisory capacity. In addition, he was appointed to the supervisory board of an Austrian bank and a Czech insurance company, a subsidiary of a German concern. In addition, Gernot Daumann is dedicated to the establishment of organic cattle breeding in southern Czech Republic.

Markus Hermann

Markus Hermann

Markus Hermann (1956) has accumulated many years of experience in financing companies, investing, financing corporate acquisitions and structuring corporate sales. He worked in leading positions at a major German bank in Canada, China and the Czech Republic. A successful MBA from the Rotman School of Business gave him additional expertise. As General Manager in Prague, he gained practical experience in selling his own company. This included preparation for the sale, including pre-sales audit, preparation of the data room, and due diligence of the buyer’s team. Since 2010, he has been running a consulting firm that has supported his clients in various financing, corporate restructuring and the purchase of businesses. Markus Hermann has lived in his adopted home of Prague for 16 years.

Andreas Ueltzhoffer

Andreas Ueltzhöffer

Andreas Ueltzhöffer (1965) is a German-Czech lawyer who has been working in the Czech Republic since 1994. Before founding his own law firm in Prague, he gained experience in international law firms and advised his clients on numerous M & A transactions and investments in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries.

In addition to his legal training, he also studied business administration at the University of Mannheim until his undergraduate degree. The combination of economic and legal aspects and advice characterizes his actions. Good advice must always be workable and economically viable. For more than ten years he has also been the Attorney-at-Law of the Embassy of the Swiss Embassy in Prague and a member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics in Prague.

Besides his mother tongue German, he speaks fluently Czech and English.
